I made mac’n’ cheese.

I also made the sauce. My roux had too much flour so it was a bit gitty, & I put in too much milk so it was to runny.

Barbecue platted pork belly with potato gratin and some hearty Cornish cider.

The cider is very much like a scrumpy cider, sweet fruity tastes that belays the alcohol kick you’ll feel soon afterwards. Lol.
